We are fortunate to live in a time when resources about shamanism, Reiki, life coaching and other healing methods are readily available. I’ve included my own recommendations below, including links to those resources on Amazon.

I particularly recommend Sandra Ingerman’s work to my soul retrieval clients. I have been very fortunate to have studied shamanic techniques with Sandra, and am grateful for the depth of her trainings and knowledge. Her books and tapes explore what the practice means, and work you can do to follow up a soul retrieval and gain the highest benefit from your experience. I recommend her books Soul Retrieval and Welcome Home and the CDs The Soul Retrieval Journey and Shamanic Meditations.
